Shop owners, traders, small manufacturers and accountants across India use the free Nivesh Sahayak tools every day to make bills, track dues and prepare GST returns. A promotion card puts your business in front of them.

Views and taps are rough estimates while our sites are new, not a promise. You pay only for views that can be shown, and we confirm the final price and dates in writing before you pay.
What a card looks like

Where your card appears
- Guide and tool pages: one card near the end of the guide and feature pages of every Nivesh Sahayak site (billing, quotation, receipts, GST tools, khata, stock and more), in every language the site offers.
- Nivesh Sahayak App: one card at the bottom of the App's screen. When several businesses promote, the card changes to the next one every 30 seconds.
- Never inside the form where people type a bill, never on printed bills, PDFs or Excel files, and never on the privacy, terms or contact pages.
Every card is clearly labelled "Sponsored" and opens your link in a new tab.
What a card holds
- A short title, up to about 40 letters, for example your business name.
- One line about your offer, up to about 90 letters.
- The button text, for example "Visit" or "Call now", and the web link it opens (website, WhatsApp chat link or app store page).
- A square picture or logo, at least 200 × 200 pixels.
- Whether the card should show only to visitors in India.
What we don't accept
- Billing, accounting or GST software that competes with these free tools.
- Betting, gambling, adult content, fake or misleading offers, or anything illegal in India.
- Offers that ask people for passwords, OTPs or advance payments to strangers.
We read every request and may refuse or remove a card at any time. Promotion never buys features, priority or any say in how the tools work.
How to start
- Estimate your cost with the calculator and press "Send this estimate".
- Add your business, the card text, the link and the start date. We reply to confirm the price and the dates.
- Once paid, send the picture. Your card usually goes live within two working days.

Questions
How much does a card cost?
₹50 for every 1,000 times your card is shown. Cards in the Nivesh Sahayak App cost 30% more per view. Showing your card only to visitors in India costs the same. Runs of 30 days or more get 10% off, and 90 days get 20% off. The smallest promotion is ₹500 in total. Use the calculator on this page to see the total for your budget and days.
Do I get extra features or a say in the tools?
No. Promotion only puts your card on the pages. It never buys features, priority or any say in how the free tools work.
Will my card show on printed bills or PDFs?
No. Cards never appear inside the forms where people type a bill, and never on printed bills, PDFs or Excel files.
Can you refuse my card?
Yes. We read every request and may refuse or remove a card at any time, for example for betting, adult content, misleading offers or competing billing software.
Is a promotion card the same as sponsoring?
No. Sponsoring is a voluntary gift that helps keep the tools free. A promotion card is a paid placement for your business.
